OASIS HAIR STUDIOS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

At our salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the
best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure
everyone enjoys their Oasis Hair Studios experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some
general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as
possible.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. We want to ensure you get all the time you need
for your service as well as ensuring a positive experience for the guests after you. If you are
late we reserve the right to forfeit your appointment. Due to operating in a small space only
the guest receiving a service is permitted during appointments.
CANCELLATIONS
If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please do so 48+ hours in advance so your stylist has time to fill your appointment time.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time 50% of your scheduled service total will be required before you are able to book a new appointment.
If you cancel the day of, you will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total before rebooking.
If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment and I am unable to accommodate your service in that timeframe you will be asked to reschedule, and the day of cancellation fee will apply.
If you no call, no show an appointment you will be unable to book a future appointment and you will be sent an invoice for 100% of your scheduled service.
Our system sends out three separate appointment notifications. One when the service is booked, a confirmation 48 hours in advance, and a reminder 24 hours in advance. These are a courtesy; please note you are responsible for remembering your appointment and having the correct day and time.

*Please note I understand that true emergencies and illnesses do occur and those will be taken into consideration when determining any fees that may apply.

Please understand these policies are in place to protect you as well as myself and my business. It is not fair to other clients to wait as a result of another client being late, or to the clients on the cancellation list waiting to get an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and help in ensuring my business runs as efficiently as possible.
